We are the authorized importer and distributor of Harney & Sons tea products in Singapore. All sales are processed through our website at www.vooco.sg.

3. Customer Eligibility

We offer our products and services to individuals 18 years old and above, and businesses without geographic restriction, as long as delivery is to an address within Singapore. All transactions are done exclusively via our website.

4. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases involving payment issues, stock unavailability, unexpected delivery delays, or errors in product or pricing information. In such cases, we will contact you and issue a refund or offer an alternative.

5. Pricing & Product Information

  • All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and do not include taxes, which are not currently applied.

  • Prices may be adjusted at any time without notice. However, the final price displayed at checkout is the price you will pay.

  • In the event of a pricing or product listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Payment Methods

We use HITPAY, which supports up to 38 secure payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and local wallets.

  • We only ship within Singapore.

  • Orders below SGD $60 incur a $25 shipping fee.

  • Free shipping applies for orders of SGD $60 and above.

  • Orders are dispatched the next business day.

  • Standard delivery is up to 7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays in Singapore and Malaysia.

  • We use NinjaVan for courier delivery.

  • Tracking is available upon request.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to delays from customs inspections, holiday closures, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Refunds & Returns

For details on returns, damaged goods, or lost shipments, please refer to our Refund Policy.
We will do our best to resolve delivery issues but rely on third-party couriers. Damaged items may require photo evidence. Replacements or refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Accounts

This is not required to place an order. An account is automatically created once customers make a purchase. Customers may check your purchase details here. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product information, and brand elements, is the property of Vooco SG Pte Ltd or its licensors and may not be used without written consent.

You agree not to use the Site or its services:

15. Wholesale & B2B Customers

Wholesale or business customers are welcome and subject to separate commercial agreements. These Terms apply to direct retail sales through www.vooco.sg. Please contact us for B2B pricing or distributor arrangements.
