At Vooco SG Pte Ltd, we are committed to delivering your favorite teas safely and efficiently. Please read the following shipping policy before placing your order.


1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within Singapore only. We do not ship to other countries at this time.


2. Shipping Rates

  • $25 shipping fee for orders below $60

  • Free shipping for orders above $60

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart total.


3. Courier & Delivery Time

  • All orders are delivered by NinjaVan, our trusted third-party courier.

  • Orders are processed on the next business day after order confirmation and payment.

  • Estimated delivery time: Up to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in Singapore and Malaysia.

    • Please note: Our main warehouse is located in Malaysia, so delivery times are influenced by cross-border logistics.


4. Order Tracking

Tracking information is available upon request. Please contact us if you would like to track your parcel.


5. Delivery Exceptions & Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays in Singapore or Malaysia

  • Customs inspections

  • Festive seasons

  • Force majeure events

  • Any other unforeseen circumstances

We work closely with our courier partners, but we must adhere to their timelines and procedures.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Delayed: Kindly allow a reasonable buffer due to courier or customs delays.

  • Lost: We will endeavor to offer a replacement or refund. Please refer to our [Refund Policy].

  • Damaged in transit: Contact us immediately with photos. We’ll guide you on the next steps. All claims are handled in accordance with our [Refund Policy].


7. Remote Areas & Restrictions

  • Delivery coverage depends on NinjaVan’s delivery network.

  • We generally do not ship to restricted government zones or locations outside the courier’s standard service area.


8. Self-Collection

We do not offer self-collection or local pickup at this time.
