Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Warranty
At Vooco SG, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of the products we carry, please carefully review our policy below before making a purchase.
1. Hygiene and Perishable Goods Policy
Due to hygiene and health regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any perishable food items once opened. All returns or exchanges must be in their original, sealed, and unopened condition.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We take great care to ensure your orders are accurate and defect-free. However, in unfortunate cases of human error or manufacturing / product defect, we sincerely apologise. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

Please include:
· Your full name and order number
· Clear photos of the product(s) and issue(s)
· A description of the problem
Note: Vooco SG will not be liable for any goods that are lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable delivery service.
3. Time Limit for Returns & Exchanges
Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date.
For example: If your order is delivered on the 1st of January, we will accept a return request until the 7th of January.
4. Condition of Returned Items
All returned products must:
· Be in original, unopened condition
· Include all original packaging and content
· Match the product information as described on our site
· Vooco SG reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
5. Delivery Charges
Customers are responsible for all delivery charges incurred in the process of returning or exchanging items.
6. Courier Responsibility
We are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage of return parcels handled by courier services of your choice.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
· Sale or promotional items
· Limited edition or seasonal items
Customised items
· Opened or used items
8. Rejection Rights
Vooco SG reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions above.
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time, without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on www.vooco.sg.
10. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed at the price paid at the time of purchase (excluding shipping charges, if any). Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and may take up to 30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
11. Tea Accessories & Tea Wares
Unless otherwise stated, all tea accessories and tea wares sold by Vooco SG are not covered under warranty. Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if you notice any defects.
12. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and confirmed. We regret that no cancellations can be made after payment has been completed.
13. Incorrect or Damaged Item Received
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us within 7 days. We will verify and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or exchange.
14. Force Majeure Clause
Vooco SG is not liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, supplier issues, or transportation strikes).
15. Governing Law
This Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
